ROD training Cum cibtc test paper

whahah today was the ROD training starts at 8am buT CAnt Woke up...in the end drag until 19am...then rEACh thEre..

rEACh LIAOx tot they have started with the training lIaox but NO! they right away tell me we dun know what to do WTH...aniway...not their fault din realli explan to them....

So i BEgIn dRawing the mAp...tHEn listing all the commands for the PC...then wox start to mark out the parade for each sqaud...phew tiring!!!...

After All...liaox went to MAc and eat...about 3pm went to novena square and meet up with the rest of the CI instrucors to mark the test paper...Funny!!! their answer is lol~

NCO camp & CIBTC ATC

yAa...BAck FrOm Nco camp (went for 1 day) and ATC (3days) =D i went to the nco for the 1st day to see see buT tOo BAD im UnAble to join in the fun!!! esp the camp Fire...HIAx...anyway

After tHAt Day HAve to go hOMe and pack my ATC stuffz...this is my 1st cibtc atc kinda excited! wonder what up During tHe camp itself...but oVEr all it was fun! but many thingz happen which is unpleasant...

hAIx Dun Wish to say out buT i hOPe all tHIs can Be PREvEnTEd if ive "DONE MY BEST!" as a instructor...this course actually review all my weakness that i have...which it good from the learning point of view...

fOr thIs ATC itself i was inside the SEA expedition team(KAYAK) whaha for the pass 2 days kinda boring...as what they do ive done b4...but hEy ive learn some thing! how to teach and manage them...cox there were senoir instructors there...to guild me =D

loL...5DAys of CAmpZ...tHE first 2 day spEnt in obs for my (games & leadership course)...kINDa intRestIng if yOUr intresTEd...iTs moRe of lecture stuFf...now i knOw how to Create gAmes!...end oF course lIAox...wana buY shiRts BUt it was CloSed!!!!haix disappointed man...but we ordered the shirts...then they Send it to NPCC HQ...

tHEn tOOk the obs BOAt to pUNgol jetty...From there miss lee drove me to changi jetty...tHEn tOOk boAt there...Walk Walk walk...alone...Saw THE lAnd expedition group =D walk until there LIAox suPpost i have to take the kayaking thINg buT i Was toO lAte...ind the end 1st day slack haha

2nd day LIAox got thINgz to Do...kAyaking...i HAve the Chance to Teach!! actually i was suppose to assist only...coach does the teaching...arg but the paddle part i dun knOw how to teAch...hIAx...but it was a gOOd exprience for me...Level 1 coaching should be alright ba...18 i wan to be 18! then can be coach liaox

thru out the camp there was many changes dUE to mr siva lol...and delayed of time...night activies...games...night walk...ect...SAd~but tHE camp fire was alright...normal ...but was kept ourself entertaine....or else sianx liaox...cox they are just sec2 & 3 how good can they make the atmosphere?

BBQ~!! we had 1 at night whaha camp also eat until like that but we are intructor have to pamper abit =) oVEr All the camp was great...all thanks to the inructors who make possible =)
